ThePD-L1:B7-1[Biotinylated]InhibitorScreeningAssayKitisdesignedforscreeningandprofilinginhibitorsofthePD-L1:B7-1interaction.Thekeytothiskitisthehighsensitivityofdetectionofbiotin-labeledB7-1bystreptavidin-HRP.Onlyafewsimplestepsonamicrotiterplatearerequiredfortheassay.First,PD-L1iscoatedona96-wellplate.Next,B7-1-biotinisincubatedwithPD-L1ontheplate.Finally,theplateistreatedwithstreptavidin-HRPfollowedbyadditionofanHRPsubstratetoproducechemiluminescence,whichcanthenbemeasuredusingachemiluminescencereader.
