TheKeap1-Nrf2InhibitorScreeningAssayKitisdesignedforidentificationofinhibitorsofKeap1-Nrf2bindingusingfluorescencepolarization.Usingthiskit,onlyonesimplesteponamicrotiterplateisrequiredforKeap1-Nrf2inhibitorscreeningreactions.TheKeap1proteinandfluorescentlylabeledNrf2peptideareincubatedwithasamplecontainingtestinginhibitorsfor30minutes.Thechangeinfluorescentpolarizationcanthenbemeasuredusingafluorescencereader.
