Assay Conditions:
The enzyme reaction was carried out at 37°C for 20 minutes in a buffer containing 20 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.4, 10 mM of MgCl2, 1 mM of MnCl2, 1 mM of DTT, 1 mM of ATP, and 1 µg/ml poly(Glu4-Tyr) peptide substrate.
Formulation:
25 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 100 mM NaCl, 0.05% Tween-20, 50% glycerol, 3 mM DTT.
