Description:

Assay Conditions:
Assay was done in Kinase buffer containing 1 mM DTT using MRCL3 peptide substrate (0.2 mg/ml) and 20 μM ATP. Reaction was done at 30°C for 50 min.
Amount of ATP transferred was calculated using Kinase-Glo reagent (Promega)
Formulation:
50 mM HEPES, pH 7.5, 0.001% Brij-35, 1 mM DTT, 10 mM MgCl2, 150 mM KCl, 0.1 mM EDTA and 5% glycerol
Storage / Stability:
At least 6 months at –80°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Storing diluted enzyme is not recommended. If necessary, use carrier protein (BSA 0.1-0.5%).
Application(s):
Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
