TheCD47:SIRP-α[Biotinylated]InhibitorScreeningAssayKitisdesignedforscreeningandprofilinginhibitorsofCD47:SIRP-αinteraction.ThekeytothiskitisthehighsensitivityofdetectionofbiotinlabeledSIRP-αbystreptavidin-HRP.Onlyafewsimplestepsonamicrotiterplatearerequiredfortheassay.First,CD47iscoatedona96-wellplate.Next,SIRP-α-biotinisincubatedwithCD47ontheplate.Finally,theplateistreatedwithstreptavidin-HRPfollowedbyadditionofanHRPsubstratetoproducechemiluminescence,whichcanthenbemeasuredusingachemiluminescencereader.
