Description:
Complex of recombinant full-length human CDK2 (GenBank accession No. NM_001798), a.a. 1-298 (end), MW = 34 kDa with no tag, and CyclinA2 (GenBank accession No. NM_001237), a.a. 174-432 (end) with N-terminal His-GST-tags, MW = 57 kDa. Both were co-expressed in a baculovirus Sf9 insect cell expression system.

Assay Conditions:
Assay was performed in a Kinase buffer using Histone H1 (0.1 mg/ml) as a substrate with 20 μM ATP at 30°C for 45 min. The amount of ATP transferred was calculated using Kinase-Glo® reagent (Promega).
