Biological Activity:
GDC-0941 against p110a IC50=0.003µM. The IC50 for inhibiting cell proliferation in PC3 (prostate cancer) or U87MG (glioma) cells is 0.28 µM and 0.95 µM, respectively.

Soluble in DMSO at 66 mg/ml; very poorly soluble in ethanol; very poorly soluble in water; maximum solubility in plain water is estimated to be about 10-50 µg
