RecombinantHEK293celllineexpressingafulllengthhumanCD137(NM_003811).TheNF-ĸBluciferasereporterconstructisstablyintegratedintothegenome.Thefireflyluciferasegeneiscontrolledby4copiesofNF-κBresponseelementlocatedupstreamoftheTATApromoter.FollowingactivationbyhumanCD137ligand,NF-ĸBtranscriptionfactorsbindtotheDNAresponseelementstoinducetranscriptionoftheluciferasegene.
