TheJMJD3ChemiluminescentAssayKitisdesignedtomeasureJMJD3activityforscreeningandprofilingapplications.ThekeytotheJMJD3DirectActivityAssayKitisahighlyspecificantibodythatrecognizesdemethylatedsubstrate.Withthiskit,onlythreesimplestepsonamicrotiterplatearerequiredformethyltransferasedetection.First,asamplecontainingJMJD3enzymeisincubatedwithasamplecontainingassaybufferforonehour.Next,primaryantibodyisadded.Finally,theplateistreatedwithanHRP-labeledsecondaryantibodyfollowedbyadditionoftheHRPsubstratetoproducechemiluminescencethatcanthenbemeasuredusingachemiluminescencereader.
