Dilute10xdeveloperto1xwithdilutionbufferbeforeuse.Add50µl1xdeveloperper50µlHDACreaction(1:1,totalvolume100µl).
Storage/StABIlity:
Storeinaliquots,onlyasthe10xconcentrate,at-70°C.Concentrateisstableforatleast3freeze-thawcycles,butcareshouldbetakenthatbothfreezingandthawingstepsaredonequickly(e.g.liquidN2ordryice/EtOHforfreezing,rapidfinger-rubbingforthawing).
