TheIL-17RA[Biotin]:IL-17AInhibitorScreeningAssayKitisdesignedforscreeninginhibitorsofIL-17A:IL-17RAinteraction.TheIL-17RA[Biotin]-IL-17ABindingAssayKitcomesinaconvenient96-wellformat,withbiotin-labeledIL-17RA,purifiedIL-17A,streptavidinlabeledHRP,andassaybufferfor100bindingreactions.Thekeytothiskitisthehighsensitivityofdetectionofbiotin-labeledIL-17RAbystreptavidin-HRP.Onlyafewsimplestepsonamicrotiterplatearerequiredfortheassay.First,IL-17Aiscoatedona96-wellplate.Next,IL-17RAisincubatedwithIL-17Aontheplate.Finally,theplateistreatedwithstreptavidin-HRPfollowedbyadditionofanHRPsubstratetoproducechemiluminescence,whichcanthenbemeasuredusingachemiluminescencereader.
