TheCTLA4:B7-1[Biotinylated]InhibitorScreeningAssayKitisdesignedforscreeningandprofilinginhibitorsofCTLA4:B7-1signaling.Thekeytothiskitisthehighsensitivityofdetectionofbiotin-labeledB7-1bystreptavidin-HRP.Onlyafewsimplestepsonamicrotiterplatearerequiredfortheassay.First,CTLA4iscoatedona96-wellplate.Next,B7-1isincubatedwithCTLA4ontheplate.Finally,theplateistreatedwithstreptavidin-HRPfollowedbyadditionofanHRPsubstratetoproducechemiluminescence,whichcanbemeasuredusingachemiluminescencereader.
