TheCD28:B7-2[Biotinylated]InhibitorScreeningAssayKitisdesignedforscreeningandprofilinginhibitorsofCD28:B7-2signaling.Thekeytothiskitisthehighsensitivityofdetectionofbiotin-labeledB7-2bystreptavidin-HRP.Onlyafewsimplestepsonamicrotiterplatearerequiredfortheassay.First,CD28iscoatedona96-wellplate.Next,B7-2isincubatedwithCD28ontheplate.Finally,theplateistreatedwithstreptavidin-HRPfollowedbyadditionofanHRPsubstratetoproducechemiluminescence,whichcanbemeasuredusingachemiluminescencereader.
