TheCD28:B7-1[Biotinylated]InhibitorScreeningAssayKitisdesignedforscreeningandprofilinginhibitorsofCD28:B7-1signaling.Thekeytothiskitisthehighsensitivityofdetectionofbiotin-labeledB7-1bystreptavidin-HRP.Onlyafewsimplestepsonamicrotiterplatearerequiredfortheassay.First,CD28iscoatedona96-wellplate.Next,B7-1isincubatedwithCD28ontheplate.Finally,theplateistreatedwithstreptavidin-HRPfollowedbyadditionofanHRPsubstratetoproducechemiluminescence,whichcanbemeasuredusingachemiluminescencereader.
