TheCD226:CD155HomogeneousAssayKitisdesignedtomeasuretheinhibitionofCD226bindingtoCD155(PVR).TheCD226:CD155HomogeneousAssayKitcomesinaconvenientAlphaLISA®formatwithpurifiedbiotinylatedCD226,His-taggedCD155,andassaybuffertoperformatotalof384reactions.Withthiskit,onlythreesimplestepsonamicrotiterplatearerequired.First,asamplecontainingCD226andaninhibitorofchoiceisincubatedwiththeCD155for60minutes.Next,acceptorbeadsareadded,thendonorbeads,followedbyreADIngtheAlpha-counts.
