ThePCSK9[Biotinylated]-LDLRBindingAssayKitisdesignedforscreeningandprofilingpurposes.Thekeytothiskitisthehighsensitivityofdetectionofbiotin-labeledPCSK9bystreptavidin-HRP.Onlyafewsimplestepsonamicrotiterplatearerequiredfortheassay.First,LDLRectodomainiscoatedona96-wellplate.Next,PCSK9isincubatedwithLDLRontheplate.Finally,theplateistreatedwithstreptavidin-HRPfollowedbyadditionofanHRPsubstratetoproducechemiluminescence,whichcanthenbemeasuredusingachemiluminescencereader.
