PolyclonalantibodyraisedinrabbitagainsthumanKDM1B(lysine(K)–specificdemethylase1B)usingtwoKLH–conjugatedsyntheticpeptidescontainingasequencefromtheN–terminalandthecentralregionoftheprotein,respectively.

Todeterminethetiteroftheantibody,anELISAwasperformedusingaserialdilutionoftheantibodydirectedagainsthumanKDM1B(Cat.#25299).Theplateswerecoatedwiththepeptidesusedforimmunizationoftherabbit.Byplottingtheabsorbanceagainsttheantibodydilution(Figure1),thetiteroftheantibodywasestimatedtobe1:14,250.

WesternblotanalysisusingtheantibodydirectedagainstKDM1B
Nuclearextracts(25µg)fromK562cellswereanalyzedbyWesternblotusingtheantibodyagainstKDM1B(Cat.#25299)diluted1:1,000inTBS-Tweencontaining5%skimmedmilk.Thepositionoftheproteinofinterest(expectedsize92kDa)isindicatedontheright;theMarker(inkDa)isshownontheleft.
