HistoneextractsfromHeLacells(HeLaHE,20μg)wereanalysedbyWesternblotusingthemonoclonalantibodyagainstH3K27me2/3(cat.#25242)diluted1:1,000inTBS-Tweencontaining5%skimmedmilk.Thepositionoftheproteinofinterestisindicatedontheright.
Storeat–80°Cforupto2years.Centrifugeafterfirstthawtomaximizeproductrecovery.Aliquottoavoidrepeatedfreeze/thawcycles.Aliquotsmaybestoredat–20°Cforatleastonemonth.
