ThePDE7BAssayKitisdesignedforidentificationofPDE7Binhibitorsusingfluorescencepolarization.TheassayisbasedonthebindingofafluorescentnucleotidemonophosphategeneratedbyPDE7Btothebindingagent.ThekeytothePDE7BAssayKitisthespecificbindingagent.Usingthiskit,onlytwosimplestepsonamicrotiterplatearerequiredforPDE7Breactions.First,thefluorescentlylabeledcAMPisincubatedwithasamplecontainingPDE7Bfor1hour.Second,abindingagentisaddedtothereactionmixtoproduceachangeinfluorescentpolarizationthatcanthenbemeasuredusingafluorescencereader.
