ThePDE1BTR-FRETAssayKitisdesignedforidentificationofinhibitorsofPDE1BusingTR-FRET(TimeResolvedFluorescenceResonanceEnergyTransfer)technology.Usingthiskit,onlytwosimplestepsonamicrotiterplatearerequiredforthePDE1Bactivityassay.First,thefluorescent-labeledcAMPisincubatedwithasamplecontainingPDE1Bfor1hour.Second,abindingagentandaterbiumdonorareaddedtothereactionmixandincubatedfor30minutes.Then,fluorescenceintensitycanbemeasuredusingafluorescencereader.
