ThePDE10A1AssayKitisdesignedforidentificationofPDE10A1inhibitorsusingfluorescencepolarization.TheassayisbasedonthebindingofafluorescentnucleotidemonophosphategeneratedbyPDE10A1tothebindingagent.ThekeytothePDE10A1AssayKitisthespecificbindingagent.Usingthiskit,onlytwosimplestepsonamicrotiterplatearerequiredforPDE10A1reactions.First,thefluorescentlylabeledcAMPisincubatedwithasamplecontainingPDE10A1for1hour.Second,abindingagentisaddedtothereactionmixtoproduceachangeinfluorescentpolarizationthatcanthenbemeasuredusingafluorescencereader.
