Description:
ThePDE10A2TR-FRETAssayKitisdesignedforidentificationofinhibitorsofPDE10A2usingTR-FRET(TimeResolvedFluorescenceResonanceEnergyTransfer)technology.Usingthiskit,onlytwosimplestepsonamicrotiterplatearerequiredforthePDE10A2activityassay.First,thefluorescent-labeledcAMPisincubatedwithasamplecontainingPDE10A2for1hour.Second,abindingagentandaterbiumdonorareaddedtothereactionmixandincubatedfor1hour.Then,fluorescenceintensitycanbemeasuredusingafluorescencereader.
