TheEZH2HomogeneousAssayKitisdesignedtomeasureactivityoftheEZH2forscreeningandprofilingapplications,usingAlphaLISA®technology.ThekeytotheEZH2HomogeneousAssayKitisahighlyspecificantibodythatrecognizesmethylatedsubstrate.Withthiskit,onlythreesimplestepsonamicrotiterplatearerequiredformethyltransferasedetection.First,asamplecontainingEZH2enzymeisincubatedwiththehistonesubstrateforonehour.Next,acceptorbeadsandprimaryantibodyareadded,thendonorbeads,followedbyreADIngtheAlpha-counts.
