TheBTLA:HVEM[Biotinylated]InhibitorScreeningAssayKitisdesignedforscreeningandprofilinginhibitorsofBTLA:HVEMsignaling.Thekeytothiskitisthehighsensitivityofdetectionofbiotin-labeledHVEMbystreptavidin-HRP.Onlyafewsimplestepsonamicrotiterplatearerequiredfortheassay.First,BTLAiscoatedona96-wellplate.Next,HVEMisincubatedwithBTLAontheplate.Finally,theplateistreatedwithstreptavidin-HRPfollowedbyadditionofanHRPsubstratetoproducechemiluminescence,whichcanbemeasuredusingachemiluminescencereader.
