TheTNKS2HistoneRibosylationAssayKit(Biotin-labeledNAD+)isdesignedtomeasureTankyrase2(TNKS2)activityforscreeningandprofilingapplications.ThekeytotheTNKS2HistoneRibosylationAssayisthebiotinylatedNAD+substrate.Withthiskit,onlythreesimplestepsarerequiredforTNKS2reactions.First,histoneproteinsarecoatedona96-wellplate.Next,thebiotinylatedNAD+substrateisincubatedwithanassaybufferthatcontainstheTNKS2enzyme.Finally,theplateistreatedwithstreptavidin-HRPfollowedbyadditionoftheHRPsubstratetoproducechemiluminescencethatcanbemeasuredusingachemiluminescencereader.
