Westernblotwasperformedonwholecelllysatesfrommousefibroblasts(NIH3T3)andembryonicstemcells(E14Tg2a)withtheantibodyagainstmouseDNMT2(Cat.No.25217),diluted1:1000inBSA/PBS-Tween-20.ThemolecularweightMarker(M,inkDa)isshownontheleft;thelocationoftheproteinofinterest(47kDa)isindicatedontheright.
Storeat–80°Cforupto2years.Centrifugeafterfirstthawtomaximizeproductrecovery.Aliquottoavoidrepeatedfreeze/thawcycles.Aliquotsmaybestoredat–20°Cforatleastonemonth.
