Todeterminethetiter,anELISAwasperformedusingaserialdilutionoftheantibodydirectedagainstmouseBrd2(Cat.#25211).Thewellswerecoatedwiththepeptideusedforimmunisationoftherabbit.Byplottingtheabsorbanceagainsttheantibodydilution(Figure1),thetiteroftheantibodywasestimatedtobe1:5,000.

Westernblotwasperformedonwholecelllysatesfrommousefibroblasts(NIH3T3)andembryonicstemcells(E14Tg2a)withtheantibodyagainstmouseBrd2(Cat.#25211),diluted1:1,000inBSA/PBS-Tween.ThemolecularweightMarker(M,inkDa)isshownontheleft;thelocationoftheproteinofinterest(predictedsize:88kDa)isindicatedontheright.
