Description:
TheGCN5ChemiluminescentAssayKitisanenzyme-linkedimmunosorbentassay(ELISA)designedtoscreenforinhibitorsofGCN5.TheGCN5ChemiluminescentAssayKitisbasedontheGCN5enzymetransferringanacetylgroupfromanacetyldonor(acetylCoA)toahistonesubstrate.Theacetylatedhistoneisrecognizedbyahighlyspecificprimaryantibody,followedbyanHRP-labeledsecondaryantibody.ThechemiluminescenceproducedbyHRPcanbemeasuredusingachemiluminescencereader.
